First aid items (especially dressings and bandages)

Antibacterial gels and sprays, Sanitary items
Disposable gloves Soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes
Baby toiletries nappies, wipes, milk, bottles, dummies, food
Torches/head torches
Any military surplus equipment especially head torches with red light, helmets, ear defenders, military boots and bulletproof vests, night vision glasses,
Sleeping bags (suitable for minus temperatures).
